We stayed in this wonderful hotel in a very convenient location, in relation to old quarter and central Hanoi. Lots of places to eat nearby and lots to see and do. 

The staff in particular were very sincere, friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile to help.us and all other guests. We'd likento personally thank Tommy for his amazing service, and he was always makomg sure we were ok. Very hospitable staff.
